PURPOSE: To prevent powdered medicine from scattering and prevent deterioration of the quality and further, miniatulize the device and lower the running sound.

CONSTITUTION: The feed opening 29 of the discharge way 28 horizontally deviated in the position is provided at the lower part of the discharge opening 25 of a supply container 22 with a cover B. A disc-form measuring member having a measuring space 30 vertically connected is provided between the feed opening 29 of the discharge way 28 and the discharge opening 25 of the container 22. The measuring member is horizontally slid by a motor so as not to allow the powdered medicine A of the container 22 to directly contact the outside air and also at the same time measure and feed it. In this way, the feeder prevents the powdered medicine from scattering and also prevents deterioration of the quality and further, miniaturizes the device and reduces the running sound.
