Abstract:
To provide a powdery contraction reducing agent for a hydraulic composition, which is excellent in dry powder property, resistance to moisture, and water solubility.
The powdery contraction reducing agent contains a polymer or a copolymer, obtained by polymerizing a specific vinyl monomer (a) and/or a vinyl monomer (b) having an adsorption group to cement and having an average addition molar number of alkylene oxide in a specified range. The average value of the addition molar number of a specified oxyalkylene group in the polymer or the copolymer is 45-300, and the ratios of the monomer (a) and the monomer (b) are set to be in a specific range.
