PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery cosmetic product that, as a free sample, has a shape, size, and use feeling similar to those of the original, and also ensures an adequate charging amount as the free sample.SOLUTION: In a powdery cosmetic product, powdery cosmetic bulk in solid form is charged directly into a container 1 having a dish-shaped cosmetic charging part 2. On the inner surface of the cosmetic charging part 2, laminated is an adhesive layer 8. Slurry of the powdery cosmetic product bulk is instilled and charged into the cosmetic charging part 2.
