The powdery material drying apparatus 30 for drying powdery material supplied into the apparatus body 31 is formed of a connection part 32 having a powdery material supply port on the upper part of the apparatus body 31. A bag opener 10 for the flexible container pack for opening a flexible container pack C into which the powdery material is filled to take out the powdery material is connected with the connecting part 32. The bag opener 10 for the flexible container pack includes a cylindrical casing 11 extended in the vertical direction and a suspension means 12 for putting the flexible container pack from the upper opening part of the casing 11 into the casing 11. A fixed blade 16 whose blade edge is directed to the upper side is arranged in the casing 11.
