Abstract:

To obtain powdery soft drink having low calorie and improved in taste and dispersibility and solubility by including tea powder, erythritol and a sweetener having high sweetening degree and specifying the content of the sweetener having high sweetening degree.

This powdery soft drink comprises at least tea powder (preferably one kind of tea powder selected from a group of tea leaf powder, tea extract powder and coffee extract powder), erythritol (preferably erythritol crystal passing through 149 μm sieve) and a sweetener having high sweetening degree (preferably stevia and/or aspartame) and the content of the sweetener is 0.2-0.4 wt.%. The soft drink has preferably 2-20 wt.% tea powder content and preferably 23-98 wt.% erythritol content. Further, the soft drink comprises preferably ≤50% maltitol.
