Abstract:
To provide a power amplification circuit that increases an input impedance to a high frequency signal.SOLUTION: A power amplification circuit includes a first transistor whose base or gate receives supply of a high frequency signal through a capacitor and the supply of a bias current through a resistance element, a second transistor whose base or gate is connected to an emitter or a source of the first transistor and whose collector or drain is connected to an output terminal, and a third transistor whose collector or drain is connected to the base or gate of the first transistor and whose emitter or source is connected to a reference potential. The third transistor is provided so that when the current flowing in the collector or drain of the second transistor increases, the current flowing in the collector or the drain of the third transistor increases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
