Abstract:
To enable proper matching while minimizing increase in a circuit area.SOLUTION: A power amplifier circuit 10 comprises an amplification path 103 with a power amplifier 101, an amplification path 104 with a power amplifier 102, a switch circuit 105 configured to electrically connect the amplification path 103 or the amplification path 104 to the output terminal 1052, a switch circuit 106 configured to electrically connect the input terminal 1061 to one of the output terminals 1062a, 1062b 1062c, and a matching circuit 112 to electrically connect the output terminal 1052 to the input terminal 1061 and to match impedance between the output terminal 1052 and the input terminal 1061.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
