Abstract:
To provide a power amplifier with which the symmetry of distortion to appear in amplifier output can be controlled.
This device is provided with an input terminal 101 for inputting an input signal from the outside, a transistor 104 for amplifying the input signal, an output terminal 107 for outputting an output signal from the transistor 104 to the outside, and a control circuit 108 for performing control so that the frequency distribution of a distortion component in the signal to appear on the output terminal can become symmetric or asymmetric to a carrier frequency.
