To provide a high-frequency power amplifier that prevents high Q series resonance appearing at a power source terminal of an amplifier due to an output capacitance of an output transistor and power supply inductance.
A stabilizer circuit 530 is connected to the output of a power amplifier transistor 502 in order to prevent causes of potential instability from being generated and prevent amplifier oscillation. The stabilizer circuit 530 basically comprises a resistor 536 connected serially to a capacitor 534. Further, the stabilizer circuit 530 may comprise an inductor 532 connected serially to the capacitor and the resistor. This inductor can be fashioned in part or as a whole by a print conductor line and/or bonding wires. This stabilizer circuit 530 yields low impedance in the transistor output over the entire range of the operation frequencies.
