Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power amplifier capable of adjusting a gain without changing other characteristics such as an operation class of a transistor.SOLUTION: A bias is supplied to each of bias terminals T1, T2. A gate of a transistor M1 is coupled to the bias terminal T1, and a source is grounded. A gate of a transistor M2 is coupled to the bias terminal T2, and a source is coupled to a drain of the transistor M1. A variable fixed capacitance Cv1 is coupled between the gate of the transistor M2 and a ground point.
