Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide optimum power by automatically controlling the phases of respective systems concerning the power amplifier for distributing power to N systems, amplifying the power at the respective systems, synthesizing the power later and outputting it.
CONSTITUTION: The signal from a signal source 1 is distributed into N systems 81-8N by a power distributor 2, amplified by respective amplifiers 41-4N, synthesized later by a power synthesizer and outputted. The reflected power levels of respective systems are respectively detected by directional couplers 51-5N and corresponding to these detected levels, a phase controller 7 respectively adjusts phase adjusters 31-3N at the respective systems and performs automatic control so that the reflected power levels of respective systems can be settled within a previously decided fine range.
