Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the stabilized assist effect of a clutch by providing a reel, which is formed of divided reel pieces, in a rotor to be driven by a motor freely to be slid, and applying the friction material to the surface of each divided reel piece facing to the rotor.
CONSTITUTION: When a clutch lever 15 is gripped, an operating cable 16 is pulled, and an assist motor 25 of a clutch operation auxiliary device 17 is started so as to rotate a rotor 32 of a hub 29 of the motor output shaft 27 side. On the other hand, a friction material 37, which is applied to a reel 35 of the clutch operation auxiliary device 17, is pushed to the rotor 32 for frictional engagement by the tensile force of the operating cable 16, and the reel 35 is integrally rotated, and the rotation driving force of the assist motor 25 is transmitted as the power assist to the operating cable 16. Direct frictional engagement of the rotor 32 and the reel 35 is hindered by the friction material 37, and the frictional heating is reduced, and the predetermined operating force reducing effect can be stably obtained. Generation of the noise due to the friction of the rotor 32 and the reel 35 is restricted, and the burning of the rotor 32 and the reel 35 due to the frictional heat can be prevented.
