Abstract:
PURPOSE: To use a power carrier as a trailer by installing a towing lever extendable in longitudinal direction to the caster side of a body in a power carrier in which a steering handle is provided on the longitudinal one side of the body and which can be steered by a walking worker.
CONSTITUTION: A walking type power carrier 1 is provided with two right and left drive wheels 4 on the lower longitudinal one side of a body 2 with a deck 3 and two casters 5 at the other side, and operated by steering a steering handle 6 installed at the end caster 5 side of the body. Also the power from an engine 8 mounted at the lower center part of the body 2 is transmitted to the drive wheels 4 through a belt transmission system 9 and a transmission device 10. When the power carrier 1 is used as a trailer, a towing lever 12 is pulled forward and, after the towing lever 12 is fixed by inserting a pin into a holder 13 and a fixing hole 14, the hitch of a towing vehicle such as a walking type agricultural two-wheel tractor, etc., is connected to a towing hook 15.
