To provide a power circuit and a driving control method capable of stably supplying a driving voltage while suppressing increase of a size of equipment and power consumption.

The power circuit comprises; a non-inverting amplifier circuit including an operational amplifier OP1; a switch SW11 which is connected between an output terminal of the operational amplifier OP1 and a VSH output terminal TM; a switch SW12 which is connected between the VSH output terminal TM and a power voltage ssa of low potential; a stabilizing capacitor Cs connected to an output line LN which is connected to the VSH output terminal TM. In a standby state, output driving operation of the operational amplifier OP1 is stopped and a switch SW1 is set to an OFF state and a switch SW2 is set to an ON state. When transferring to a display driving state, output drive operation of the operation amplifier OP1 is started and the switch SW2 is set to the OFF state, while the switch SW1 is controlled so that ON-OFF operation may be repeated with a predetermined cycle, in a certain period.
