Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent blowoff of poisonous gas such as NOx, to remove also dust and to make further good use of exhaust heat by arranging a spray nozzle to spray exhaust gas treating aqueous solution in the upper part so that an exhaust gas treating device possessing a liquid tank in the lower part can be connected in series to an exhaust gas pipeline. CONSTITUTION:In a cogenerating device, a cooling jacket of an engine 1 connected directly with a generator 2 is connected to a water/water heat exchanger 5 through a primary pipeline 6, and a gas/water heat exchanger 4 is arranged in an exhaust gas pipeline 3 so that water in a secondary pipeline 7 can be circulated between the secondary side of the water/water heat exchanger 5 and the gas/water heat exchanger 4. In this case, an exhaust gas treating device 9 consisting of a spray nozzle 12 to spray exhaust gas treating aqueous solution passing through a pipeline 11 from a pump 10, granular matters 13 provided so that the exhaust gas and the exhaust gas treating aqueous solution provided in the lower part of it can be brought sufficiently into contact with each other and a liquid tank 14 to store the exhaust gas treating aqueous solution in the lower part of it is connected in series to the downstream side of the gas/water heat exchanger 4. An endothermic pipeline 15 connected in series to the secondary pipeline 7 is arranged in the liquid tank 14.
