Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conditioner and linkage control apparatus having the same, capable of achieving precise detection of an output voltage.SOLUTION: The power conditioner 3 includes a first voltage measurement section 6M that measures a first voltage detected through an insulation circuit 6I, and a second voltage measurement section 7M that measures a second voltage detected without use of the insulation circuit 6I. At a parallel-off operation of a system linkage, a control section 20 controls power conversion and system linkage protection function using a first voltage value measured by the first voltage measurement section 6M. At a linkage operation, the control section 20 controls power conversion and system linkage protection function using a second voltage value measured by the second voltage measurement section 7M.
