Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve "reduction of monitoring burden", "overall monitoring of a plant" and "suppression of false report" simultaneously by determining presence or absence of an abnormality in a solar power generation plant, on the basis of the fact that the plant illuminance measured by an illuminance sensor goes above an illuminance threshold, only when the current value or the like from a power conditioner goes below an output threshold.SOLUTION: A monitoring system 1 determines presence or absence of an abnormality in a solar power generation plant P having a power conditioner C for converting the current from a solar cell D from DC to AC. The monitoring system 1 includes an illuminance sensor 2 for measuring a plant illuminance L in the solar power generation plant P, and a determination unit 3 for counting the number of times of error E where the plant illuminance L goes above an illuminance threshold T2 while a power conditioner output value M, including the value of at least one of the current, voltage and power from the power conditioner C, goes below an output threshold T1, and determining that there is an abnormality in the solar power generation plant P when the number of times of error E goes above an error threshold T3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
