Abstract:

To achieve both a function of suppressing occurrence of inrush current and a function of causing output voltage to rise quickly at the time of activation.

A power conditioner 12 includes a DC-DC conversion circuit 121 and a DC-AC conversion circuit 122 to convert power of a storage battery 11 into power that is equivalent to power supplied from a power system to a power supply line 30. The DC-DC conversion circuit 121 and the DC-AC conversion circuit 122 are controlled by a control part 123. Current outputted from the DC-AC conversion circuit 122 to the power supply line 30 is detected by a current detection part 125. After the power system stops the power supply, the control part 123 causes voltage outputted from the DC-AC conversion circuit 122 to the power supply line 30 to rise with time elapse. Here, when a current value detected by the current detection part 125 is equal to or lower than a threshold value, the control part 123 increases a rise rate of the voltage outputted to the power supply line 30 and when the current value exceeds the threshold value, the control part 123 sets the rise rate at zero.
