Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power consumption calculation method capable of calculating fluctuation in power consumption without using detailed information on a consumer.SOLUTION: A power consumption calculation method for computer's calculating optimum power consumption in each time zone includes: a first acquisition step of acquiring a power unit cost and actual value of power consumption, in each time zone; an effect function estimation step of estimating a power effect function, which is a function showing effect of power consumption, on the basis of the power unit cost and actual value of the power consumption in each time zone; and a consumption calculation step of calculating optimum power consumption in each time zone under a condition that the effect is constant, on the basis of the estimated power effect function.
