Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further accurately calculate the power consumption of an air-conditioner.SOLUTION: An outdoor unit is equipped with an input current measuring portion 36 which measures an input current passing through the outdoor equipment, and a direct-current voltage measuring portion 38 which measures direct-current voltage inputted in an inverter. A power consumption computing device 50 calculates power supply voltage inputted in the converter installed on the outdoor unit on the basis of the measured direct-current voltage, calculates a power factor on the basis of the inductance of a reactor, and calculates the power consumption of an indoor unit on the basis of the power consumption of a fan motor in the indoor unit. The power consumption computing device 50 adds the calculated power consumption of the indoor unit, to a multiplication result of the measured input current, the calculated power supply voltage, and the calculated power factor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
