Abstract:
To manage electric power even when a device which consumes large amounts of power is used.SOLUTION: A power consumption management system for managing a power supply device which supplies electric power to devices includes: a detection unit which detects the amount of power consumed by each of the devices connected to the power supply device; a determination unit which determines whether total power, which is the total amount of power consumed, may be allowed or not with respect to a reference value that the power supply device can supply, on the basis of the power consumed; and a control unit which controls the devices so that the total power can be allowed with respect to the reference value, on the basis of a result determined by the determination unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
