An electric power circuit 990 is provided with a voltage sensor 1004 and a control unit. The voltage sensor 1004 detects voltage from a capacitance 334. The control unit is connected to the voltage sensor 1004, and also connected for receiving power from the capacitance 334 and a battery 1008. The control unit outputs power from the capacitance 334 when the voltage detected by the voltage sensor 1008 is higher than a predetermined value, and outputs power from a battery 124 when the voltage detected by the voltage sensor 1008 is lower than the predetermined value.
