Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cellular telephone set which can extremely suppress the transmitting power in response to the relevant receiving level.
CONSTITUTION: The 1st and 2nd semiconductor control circuits 9 and 12 control the circuit which supplies a current 3 to a power amplifier 4 from a DC power supply 1. In a transmitting state, the circuit 9 is always actuated to supply a current within a prescribed range. Then the circuit 12 is also actuated if the receiving signal level is lower than a prescribed reference level in a working state. So that the level is further increased in a prescribed range for the current 3 which is supplied to the amplifier 4.
