To control AC power with a low loss and low noise while reducing a size and cost, also reducing the mounting number of components, and saving a space.
A variable capacitance element of a variable capacitor C2(1VC) is connected to a fixed capacitance element of a fixed capacitor C1(1C) in series thereto, and AC power supply voltages AC are fed to terminals T1, T2 at both ends which are serially connected. DC control voltages VC are fed to terminals T11, T12 at both ends of the variable capacitor C2(1VC). The number of part times can be reduced by making common the terminal T2 and the control terminals T12 at the negative side of a signal of the power supply voltage AC. By integrally laminating the fixed capacitor C1(1C) and the variable capacitor C2(1VC), the fixed capacitor C1 of a DC-removing capacitor and the variable capacitor C2 for voltage control are accommodated in one component.
