Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control device and the like, even in an environment where communication is made with one or more apparatuses having different communication protocols, which can communicate with the apparatuses and present optimum information for a user on the basis of information obtained from the apparatuses.SOLUTION: A power control device 1 comprises: one or more external apparatuses; one or more communication management sections 2 in which communicates by a communication section 5 corresponding to a communication mode in the external apparatus, collect power information P of the external apparatus, and store information including at least the power information P, registration date, and apparatus information, in a power DB4; and a visualization section 3 which, on the basis of the information stored in the power DB4, creates power support information and presents the created power support information.
