To improve the fixing workability of a power control equipment of an electric vehicle, and reduce the fixing work manhour.
A power control equipment 1 consists of a control circuit 5 containing an inverter circuit 3 and a driving circuit 13 driving the circuit 3, substrates 25-27 and a base member 24 on which the inverter circuit 3 is mounted, and a cooler wherein the base member is constituted as a part. The driving circuit 13 is adjacently arranged just above the inverter circuit 3, so that the circuit 13 is connected with the circuit 3 through a conductor part, without using lead wires. A current sensor case 4b bonded and fixed to the base member 24 serves as the retaining member of a power supply smoothing capacitor 2, so that the number of components of structural member is reduced. Since the number of components of the connection member and the structural member is reduced, and the constitution is simplified, fixing workability is improved and fixing work manhour is reduced.
