Abstract:

To solve the following problem: in the case that timer reservation operation is implemented so that electric apparatuses are operated in a low power rate time zone, use of the electric apparatuses is impossible to make until the low power rate time zone and thus use limitation occurs in a time zone for which a user is desirous of using these apparatuses.

Control determination means 11 acquires information on dischargeable electric energy of an on-vehicle battery 23, determines the time for operating an electric apparatus 1 by supplying electric power from the on-vehicle battery 23 to the electric apparatus 1, and discharges electric power stored in the on-vehicle battery 23 after an electric vehicle reaches to operate the electric apparatus 1.
