PURPOSE: To prevent entire power interruption by setting priority in breaker relays arranged for respective domestic appliances, detecting total power consumption and operating the relays sequentially so that a contract current capacity is not exceeded.

CONSTITUTION: Respective domestic appliances 4-8 are connected through respective breaker relays 9a-9e with an indoor wiring 20. The indoor wiring 20 is connected through a breaker 2 for limiting the contract capacity and a current detecting section 3 with a power supply terminal 1. Sum of working current detected at the current detecting section 3 is inputted to the CPU 10A at a control section 10. A setting section 10B sets the priority of respective appliances 4-8 and displays the priority on a display section 10C. When there is a possibility that the sum of working current exceeds the contract capacity, the CPU 10 cuts off the appliances sequentially according to thus set priority.
