Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce power consumption when accessories are driven.SOLUTION: The power controller includes: a first converter (21) for converting output voltage of a battery (10) into a first voltage and outputting the first voltage; a second converter (22) for converting output voltage of the battery into a second voltage higher than the first voltage and outputting the second voltage; comparison means for comparing power consumption in a first mode where a first accessory (31) is driven with the first voltage outputted from the first converter and a second accessory (32) is driven with the second voltage outputted from the second converter, with power consumption in a second mode where both first and second accessories are driven with the second voltage outputted from the second converter; and control means for performing the control so that the first and second accessories are driven in one of the first mode and the second mode, where power consumption is smaller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
