Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-noise and low-loss power conversion device etc.SOLUTION: A power conversion device S1 includes: an inverter circuit which includes a first leg G1 having the connection of an upper-arm switching element Qa, connected to the positive side of a DC power supply, and a lower-arm switching element Qb connected to the negative side of the DC power supply, to convert a DC voltage applied from the DC power supply into the AC voltage; gate circuits 21, 22 connected one-to-one to the gates of the switching elements Qa, Qb; and a drive circuit 3 which drives the switching elements Qa, Qb through the gate circuits 21, 22. The gate circuit 22 includes a diode D1 which causes the switching element Qb to be self-turned on by the application of a forward voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
