To solve the problem with prior art that since a process for compensating a transmission delay time is needed on a slave side, the circuit becomes complicated and it is necessary to keep track of the transmission delay time in order to compensate it, and that since a slave unit depends on a signal from a master unit, should the master unit goes wrong, the entire system is made to stop even when the slave unit is normal.
A power conversion device comprises: a converter for converting a DC portion and DC power stored in the DC portion into three-phase AC power of a desired frequency; a regeneration unit for regenerate the AC power converted by the converter into a power supply; and an operation command selection unit capable of selecting a signal outside the device or a signal outputted from an operation determination process inside the device. The operation determination process inside the device is executed independently of the selection of an operation command, and an output signal of the process can be outputted to the outside.
