Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device capable of achieving three of suppression of surge voltage, high heat dissipation of an SW element and suppression of ringing.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a power conversion device 100 in which element modules 10H, 10L of two SW elements are laminated in the thickness direction via an insulation layer 20 so that side surfaces S1 have the same direction and are parallel to each other, and a positive terminal (+) of one SW element and a negative terminal (-) of the other SW element are arranged so as to be overlapped on each other in the thickness direction, respectively.
