Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device for reducing a switching loss by shortening a wire length.SOLUTION: As shown in Fig. 1 (a), a power module 20 is constituted by a first power module 21 arranged on the side of a positive electrode 31 of a capacitor 30 and a second power module 22 arranged on the side of a negative electrode 32 of the capacitor 30; and is mounted, together with the capacitor 30, on one face 41 of a cooler 40. A lead frame 60 is extended from the first power module 21 to the second power module 22 so as to pass over the capacitor 30. A positive electrode bent part 35 of a positive electrode bus bar 33 is connected to the first power module 21; a negative electrode bent part 36 of a negative electrode bus bar 34 is connected to the second power module 22. An output bus bar 61 for outputting power is connected to one end of the lead frame 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
