Abstract:
To provide a power conversion device capable of continuously outputting a zero voltage.SOLUTION: A power conversion device comprises a plurality of cell converters connected in series via a pair of AC output terminals, each cell converter including a pair of AC output terminals. Each of the plurality of cell converters comprises a capacitor, a power conversion circuit connected between the capacitor and the pair of AC output terminals, a driving circuit which drives the power conversion circuit, and a feeder circuit which supplies power to the driving circuit on the basis of electric power from the capacitor. The power conversion circuit is a full-bridge circuit including a plurality of upper arms and a plurality of lower arms. The driving circuit keeps a first state in which the upper arm is on and the lower arm is off or a second state in which the upper arm is off and the lower arm is on longer than a carrier cycle of the power conversion circuit on the basis of a voltage value of the capacitor of the own cell converter among the plurality of cell converters.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
