Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power conversion system capable of suppressing an increase in a ripple component of a voltage across a capacitor when a power supply voltage is relatively high.SOLUTION: An electric power conversion system 20 includes: a rectification unit 22 for rectifying AC power output from a commercial power supply 91; and a power conversion unit 28. Between the rectification unit 22 and the power conversion unit 28, a capacitor 26 is connected in parallel to the rectification unit 22. When an input AC power output from the commercial power supply 91 exceeds a higher power upper limit than rated power of the electric power conversion system 20, a current control unit 33 executes drooping control that forcibly decreases an input current Iin input into the rectification unit 22 from the commercial power supply 91.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
