A power converter 1 comprises: a semiconductor lamination unit 2 formed by laminating a semiconductor module 21 constituting a part of a power conversion circuit and a cooling pipe (refrigerant flow path part) 22 for distributing a refrigerant that cools the semiconductor module 21; an elastic member 32 disposed on one side in a lamination direction X of the semiconductor lamination unit 2, for pressurizing the semiconductor lamination unit 2 in the lamination direction X; a frame 4 which houses the semiconductor lamination unit 2 and the elastic member 32 on the inner side, and has an open part 40 opening one side of the lamination direction X; and a closing member 5 disposed so as to close the open part 40 of the frame 4 and holding the elastic member 32 with the semiconductor lamination unit 2. The closing member 5 is fixed to the frame 4 in the state of supporting the elastic member 32 from one side in the lamination direction X and energizing the elastic member 32 to the side of the semiconductor lamination unit 2.
