Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device capable of suppressing increase in size of its physical constitution.SOLUTION: A power conversion device 100 comprises a circuit board 1, a first semiconductor element 2 having a first collector electrode 2a and a first emitter electrode 2b, and a second semiconductor element 3 having a second collector electrode 3a and a second emitter electrode 3b. The circuit board 1 has, as a plurality of wirings: input wiring 6 connected with the first collector electrode 2a; first output wiring 7 connected with the first emitter electrode 2b and the second collector electrode 3a; first ground wiring 8 connected with the second emitter electrode 3b; second output wiring 11 connected with the second collector electrode 3a; and second ground wiring 10 connected with the first ground wiring 8. The input wiring 6, the first output wiring 7, the first ground wiring 8, and the second output wiring 11 are arranged in a straight line in this order. The second ground wiring 10 is arranged so as to be opposed to the input wiring 6, the first output wiring 7, and the first ground wiring 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
