Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device in which two semiconductor modules operating in parallel and a capacitor are connected in parallel and the inductances between the capacitor and the respective semiconductor modules are equal to each other.SOLUTION: A positive electrode terminal 21a (21b) and a negative electrode terminal 22a (22b) of two switching elements connected in series extend from a main body 9 of a semiconductor module 8a (8b). The two semiconductor modules 8a and 8b are arranged side by side. The positive electrode terminals 21a and 21b are curved so as to approach to each other, and are joined to each other at positions equidistant from the respective main bodies 9 of the two semiconductor modules. The negative electrode terminals 22a and 22b are also curved so as to approach to each other, and joined to each other at positions equidistant from the respective main bodies 9. A positive electrode bus bar 32 (negative electrode bus bar 33) for connecting the capacitor and the positive electrode terminals 21a and 21b (negative electrode terminals 22a and 22b) is connected to a joint portion between the positive electrode terminals 21a, 21b (negative electrode terminals 22a, 22b).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
