To provide a power conversion device capable of reducing a size thereof.SOLUTION: A power conversion device comprises: a heat dissipation plate 130 (low voltage board); a heating component; a pedestal base 300 that is fixed to the heat dissipation plate 130, and on which a predetermined component is mounted; and a case 310 which is formed integrally with the pedestal base 300 and has a sidewall that encloses the heating component and contacts the heat dissipation plate 130. The pedestal base 300 is positioned with respect to the heat dissipation plate 130, and the heating component is positioned with respect to the case 310.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6A
