Abstract:
To provide a power conversion device having a power device and a bus bar connected to the power device which can reduce a size of a shape in plan view of the power conversion device.SOLUTION: There is provided a power conversion device, in which at least one of a plurality of bus bars 10c is erected so that a direction along a plate width coincides with a direction along a normal line of a surface opposite to a power device 10a of a water jacket 10e, power devices 10a are arrayed in one row in one straight direction, input bus bars 31 that are bus bars 10c connected to the input terminals of the power device 10a are arranged on one side of the power device 10a in a direction orthogonal to the arrangement direction of the power device 10a, and output terminals 32 that are bus bars 10c connected to the output terminals of the power device 10a are arranged on the other side of the power device 10a in the orthogonal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
