To minimize the deformation of a cylinder tube due to welding heat when a bracket is fixed to a cylinder tube by welding.
A through window 15 decreasing the stiffness of a cylinder holding portion 12 is formed on the cylinder holding portion 12 that is the portion of the bracket 5 to be attached to the cylinder tube 1. A holding portion 16 holding a harness and the like is protrusively formed on a peripheral edge portion of the through window 15. Among a peripheral direction side edge of the cylinder holding portion 12 abutting on the cylinder tube 1, a part except for the whole of both side areas in an axial direction of the through window 15 is welded to be a weld portion 19. Consequently, the whole of both side areas in the axial direction of the through window 15 becomes a non-welding portion 20 which is not welded.
