PURPOSE: In a power device having two pumps, to reduce the noise and to prevent the flow-out of the leaked fluid from the pump by employing single inverted gear to be geared with an engine gear while containing the first pump in a casing.

CONSTITUTION: An engine gear 2 to be driven by such as an engine, an inverted gear 3 to be geared with said gear 2 and the entire body or the main section of a first pump 7 where the drive shaft 8 is inserted are contained in a casing 1. A second pump 28 is provided at the outside of the casing 1 and coupled to the drive shaft 8 of the first pump 7. Consequently the rotation of the engine gear 2 is transmitted through the inverted gear 3 to the drive shaft 8 of the first pump 7 while similarly through the inverted gear 3 and the drive shaft 8 to the drive shaft 29 of the second pump 28.
