PURPOSE: To attain miniaturization by connecting a distributed terminal and an input terminal with a distributed constant line having a prescribed impedance and 1/4 wavelength of electric length, connecting distributed terminals with a prescribed resistance and connecting the prescribed positions of the resistor with a series connection of a metallic wire and a capacitor.
CONSTITUTION: The input terminal 1 and distribution terminals 5∼8 are connected by the distributed constant line 20 whose characteristic impedance is Z0 and whose electric length is 1/4 wavelength in the operating frequency. Further, resistors 21, 22 are connected between terminals 5 and 6, 7 and 8, resistors 22, 22 are loaded between terminals 6 and 7, metallic films 23∼25 are provided to a contact between the two resistors 21, 22 and a connection circuit 28 where the metallic wire 26 and the capacitor 27 are connected in series is provided between the films 23 and 24, 24 and 25. In taking the inductance of the wire 26 as L and the relation of operating frequency f1/2π(LLC)1/2, the effect of the inductance L and the capacitance C is neglected and the distributer has the identical equivalent circuit to that of the Wilkinson type 4-power distributor.
