Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power distribution-monitoring system for identifying a low voltage power distribution area where a power distribution loss is abnormal.SOLUTION: A power distribution-monitoring system includes a power distribution-monitoring device 4 for determining specificity of a power loss amount with regard to a plurality of power distribution areas 30, each of which includes a plurality of users connected to a low voltage power distribution line 31. The power distribution-monitoring device 4 includes an estimation unit 43 for unknown power distribution loss amount and an analysis unit 44 for unknown power distribution loss amount. The estimation unit 43 for unknown power distribution loss amount estimates, for each power distribution area, an unknown power distribution loss amount estimation value for each time zone on the basis of a power demand amount of each user for each of a plurality of continuous time zones and a delivery power amount for each time zone. The analysis unit 44 for unknown power distribution loss amount determines, using hypothesis testing, abnormality of a power distribution loss in each power distribution area on the basis of the unknown power distribution loss amount estimation value for each time zone.
