To provide a system enabling a person in charge of a power supply enterprise to easily acquire power equipment information in a periphery from a telephone pole identification mark and present positional information.

A terminal device having latitude and longitude information of a present position such as a cellular phone with GPS and an information providing device are connected by a network. The system is provided with a first database for housing latitude and longitude information of a telephone pole together with the telephone pole identification mark, a second database for housing power equipment information placed in the telephone pole together with the telephone pole identification mark, a means for retrieving a peripheral telephone pole existing in a predetermined latitude and longitude range or in a predetermined distance range from a position of the terminal device from the first database, and storing an appropriate telephone pole as a peripheral telephone pole information together with the telephone identification mark, a means for extracting power equipment information from the second database by using the telephone pole identification mark and storing as the peripheral telephone pole power equipment information together with the telephone pole identification mark, and a means for providing the peripheral telephone pole power equipment information to the terminal device through the network.
