An electric facility operation support system comprises calculation means into which operation state information on a power facility capable of changing a load is input and which calculates a surplus time when load operation can be done on the basis of the operation state information. The calculation means compares a surplus time calculated by adding a certain load suppress amount to the operation state information with a coping time necessary for a worker to cope with trouble. If the surplus time is shorter than the coping time, the calculation means re-calculates the surplus time by adding the certain load suppress amount to the operation state information, and adds the certain load suppress amount until the surplus time becomes equal to or more than the coping time, displays the total amount of the load suppress amount that has got the surplus time calculated, or operates the power facility on the basis of the total amount of the load suppress amount.
