Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the state of an equipment that was set right before an energizing state changes to a power failure state, by inhibiting the use of an abnormal state of the equipment as the equipment recovery information and using the state of the equipment that was set a fixed time before the energizing state changes to the power failure state as the equipment recovery information.
SOLUTION: In a power failure state, the equipment state 15 is stored in a storage state output part 13 as the equipment return data. Then, when a detection signal 6 that is inputted to a power failure/recovery monitoring part 11 changes to an energizing state, i.e., a re-energizing detection signal is detected, the part 11 notifies the part 13 of this fact. Then the part 13 outputs the control output 16 to an equipment 2 to be returned to a state that is set before the power failure based on the state 15. Thus, the equipment 2 is returned in a prescribed time range set before the power failure, i.e., in a pre-power failure time state. The accuracy of the equipment return time is improved by increasing the storage parts 14, etc.
