To provide a power feeder capable of satisfying both power feeding to a plurality of specific power reception devices requiring a large power reception amount, and power feeding to power reception devices other than the specific power reception devices; and to provide a power feeding method therefor.SOLUTION: A power feeder is configured to: repeat a frame including a plurality of sub-frames so as to control phases of power transmission signals of a plurality of first antennas located around a plurality of respective first power reception devices; time-sequentially change, in one of the sub-frames, the phases while maintaining each phase relation of the power transmission signals so as to align mutually phases of the power transmission signals received by one of the first power reception devices, from the plurality of first antennas located around the one of the first power reception devices; time-sequentially change, in another one of the sub-frames, the phases while maintaining each phase relation of the power transmission signals so as to align mutually phases of the power transmission signals received by another one of the first power reception devices, from the plurality of first antennas located around the another one of the first power reception devices; and time-sequentially change phases of the power transmission signals transmitted by one or more second antennas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
