To provide a power feeding device which has a battery and a return passage, and is achieved in power saving and the prevention of an erroneous operation.

In the power feeding device 1, capacitors C1, C2 and C3 are arranged between specified potential and connecting lines L1, L2 and L3 which connect the battery 13 and a load. When power is fed by turing a power supply circuit 16 on, a switching circuit 11 connects the battery 13, the power supply circuit 16 and the load in series, and accumulates electric charges in the capacitors C1, C2 and C3 during the power is fed to the load. On the other hand, when the feed of the power is stopped by turning the power supply circuit 16 off, the switching circuit 11 connects the return passage having a boosting circuit 15, a charging circuit 12 and the battery 13 is series, boosts voltages generated by the accumulated electric charges of the capacitors C1, C2 and C3 by using the boosting circuit 15, and returns the accumulated electric charges to the charging circuit 12, thus charging the battery 13.
