To provide a power-feeding terminal structure of a plane heating element which hardly imparts damages to the surface of an electrode thin film where a power-feeding terminal is pressure contacted for power feeding, with a contact area secured, and with durability and reliability of a pressure contacting face improved.
In an infrared-ray heater 10, an electrode tip part 24A of the power-feeding terminal 24 is pressure contacted by an electrode thin film 22, through which 22, a current is made to flow in a resistive element thin film 20. Heat release decided by its resistive value and a current value is generated at the resistive element thin film 20, temperature of the surface of a substrate 12 is raised, and infrared rays are emitted. Since the power-feeding terminal 24 has its electrode tip part 24A (a pressure-contacting part with the electrode thin film 22)formed bent at a given curvature R, no edge exists on the electrode tip part 24A, eliminating damages on the electrode thin film 22, and solving electric contact failure. Further, even if the power-feeding terminal gets slanted, a contact area with the electrode thin film pressure-contacted can be secured, a current distribution on a contact face of the both becomes constant, so that generation of discharge leak due to point contact can be prevented.
